IS SAME DAY SERVICE AVAILABLE?

YES, same day service is available if your appointment is made by 10am (ONLY ONE SPOT PER DAY).

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING CAN’T BE COMPLETED DUE TO A CLOG?

If the video cannot be completed, you have the option to use our sewer cleaning services and have the inspection completed afterwards, or you can use another company and we will re-video the line. 50% payment is due upon first inspection if a revisit is needed.

DO I HAVE TO SCHEDULE ONLINE?

No, you can easily call our office at 504-559-PIPE (7473) and our office personel will be happy to assist you.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Payment is due day of service for any service calls, upon completion of the video, or 50% payment due if a re-inspection is needed.
